This workshop on the Minor Arcana shows how Astrology & Tarot have always been in communication with each other through the symbolic language of numerology.
Astrology is a powerful tool for understanding yourself and others, for gaining insight into life situations and relationships, and for timing life cycles and events. Working with the 78 cards in a Tarot deck reveals even more symbolic meaning in the more familiar astrological language. In this live, interactive workshop, which is led by master astrologer and Tarot reader and Chandra symbols channeler, John Sandbach, you will learn to work with these esoteric symbols to enrich your own life.

I was always the astrologer. My sister read palms and Tarot...
Even though I’ve been immersed in astrology for four decades, I always longed to learn the mysterious language of Tarot. But that was “my sister’s thing.” Yet I knew from witnessing her Tarot readings that the cards could provide profound insights akin to what astrology could, without a software program and hours of analysis. I experimented a variety of styles, approaches and decks over the years, but until I met John Sandbach and started to absorb aspects of his approach, nothing stuck.
John is a true Renaissance man: He’s been working with astrology and Tarot for 58 years. He’s also a Kabbalist as well as an accomplished painter and poet. Many people are familiar with the Chandra degree symbols in astrology, which John channeled, along with three other sets of degree symbols. His latest book, Tarot: Key to a Complete Spiritual Practice, integrates Tarot with numerology, astrology, Kabbalah and the contemplative life.
Regardless of whether you’ve been working with Tarot for years or barely understand terms like major and minor arcana, this is a perfect workshop for you. There will be live teaching and Q+A, and you’ll come away with a deeper appreciation for Tarot and astrology!
