Q: Where and when is the summit? Did I miss it?

If you’re reading this, then you didn’t miss it! The summit is a three-week virtual event that you can enjoy on your own timeline—within 72 hours of receiving each new interview. The first of the daily emails arrives Saturday, March 20, at 7 am EDT with all the info you need. You will receive a new one every day until April 9. Each email will describe that day’s speaker and interview, and contains a direct link to each new speaker's page on my website, which will stay up for 72 hours. Just keep opening my emails and it'll happen naturally! Also: If you don’t open the morning email, you will automatically receive a duplicate email that evening at 7 pm ET. We really want you to listen to them all!

Q: What are the exact dates for the summit?

It begins Saturday, March 20, and runs for 21 days, until April 9. The last interview will expire at midnight on April 11.

Q: I didn’t receive the daily email for a speaker interview.

This is probably the number one “problem” people write in about, and it’s understandable because we all get so much mail that we often can’t find what we’re looking for. Please do a search for the word “Summit” in your Inbox, Spam and Trash folders. It’s almost guaranteed to be there. If you do that search and it’s really not there, write back and we’ll resend you the link.

Q: I don’t understand how to access the interview.

There’s an embedded “hyperlink” right in the daily email, which is highlighted in yellow. That’s the link to the interview. All you need to do is click that link, and you will be taken directly to the interview, which you can watch or listen to. The gift button is on that same page, and you simply have to click on it to be taken to the gift page.

Q: The interview (or recording) doesn’t play.

Refresh your email or the summit page, or try opening it in a different browser. We are constantly checking for technical issues on our end, and everything should be working.

Q: Where’s the speaker’s gift?

It’s right on the speaker page for that day. Scroll to the bottom of their bio, find the button marked CLICK HERE FOR FREE GIFT, and then click it.

Q: The interview page has expired.
