About Henry Seltzer

Henry Seltzer is a seasoned astrologer and astrological counselor, author and software engineer as well as a sought-after speaker at astrological and other conferences. Perhaps best known for creating the popular astrology software TimePassages in 1995 (available for Mac, Windows and mobile devices), Henry also wrote its acclaimed interpretations. His intention for TimePassages has always been to serve the astrological community and to make the power of astrology available to everyone who wishes to enrich their life through its practice. His company is devoted to the well-being of our planet, and donates a portion of their profits to the Natural Resources Defense Council, Change.org and Nature Conservancy.

Henry's journey with astrology began in 1975 with an interest in Jungian psychological symbolism. He was immediately fascinated by how accurately the planetary patterns reflect individual psychological reality and he’s come to regard astrology ss a window from the material world into the spiritual. Henry’s more recent fascinations have led him to outer edges of our solar system, with personal research into planets beyond Pluto, in the Kuiper Belt, notably Eris, Haumea and MakeMake. His book, The Tenth Planet: Revelations from the Astrological Eris, published by The Wessex Astrologer, is consider the authoritative source on Eris. Henry has graduate degrees in Linguistics from NYU and UCSD and an undergraduate S.B. degree from MIT.
